I love this concise definition. It helps us ask the question: is my share vulnerable? And it can guide us to answer.

I also love that vulnerability defies measurement. Quants may disagree and craft some clever pointing system to spite me, but risk, uncertainty, emotional exposure, vulnerability—these are fundamentally qualitative attributes that are measured and assessed by one's subjective experience.
