permission to be suboptimal
Remember that there is only so much that can be done in a day.
This is permission to fail. This is permission to be suboptimal. This is a reminder to keep striving.
If I could go back in time to instill a lesson in my younger self, it would be to remember that we achieve over long periods. Each day is important, yes, but so is ensuring that your big goals are nurtured daily and that you prioritize accordingly. Being suboptimal is okay, as long as you show up each day.
We may be able to do it all, but not all at once. Try not to pack it all into a single day. There is always tomorrow.
