to win, you have to drive

Sometimes it feels like nobody knows what they’re doing.
And sometimes, it’s true.

The ones who get rewarded are the ones who just step up.
And sometimes, that’s not fair.

The rewards go to those who speak—
Even if they’re not quite right.

Maybe it’s because speed wins.
Maybe it’s because no one has the time to assess what’s actually right.

But here’s the thing:
It’s a call to action for those of us who pause. Who listen. Who process.

Some environments don’t reward thoughtfulness.
They reward visibility.
They need you to say something, to participate, to take up space.

It might be uncomfortable.
It might not feel natural.

But for those of us who are used to being thoughtful— this is the challenge:

to win, you have to drive.
